This retreat will explore the sacred cultural surroundings of the ancient practice of yoga. Start your morning with a powerful two-hour Vinyasa practice and unwind before dinner with an optional hour of yin, pranayama and meditation. Your stay at the acclaimed Somatheeram Ayurvedic resort will include Ayurvedic cooking classes, Ayurvedic lectures, an Ayurvedic consultation, a day trip to Trivandrum the first week, a backwater boat tour the second week and plenty of time to relax or venture off on your own.

Price includes: Food buffet style (with fish, chicken, vegitarian, vegan or ayurvedic options), lodging, transfers to the retreat from Trivandrum International Airport, 3+ hours of daily yoga practice, Ayurvedic lectures and cooking classes, an Ayurvedic consultation, traditional Indian music and dance performances in the evenings, a backwater boat tour the first week and a day trip to the Gandhi memorial to have an early morning practice next to Gandhi's ashes the second week.
Not included: Airfare, visa and passport.

March 3th -10th: $1490- double room, $2090- single room
March 10th -17th: $1490- double room, $2090- single room
March 3th -17th : $2490- double room, $3190- single room
For the 500hr teacher training module add $100 per week to the prices above
You can also do a 2 week Panchakarma cleanse (2 hours of detoxification treatments daily) for an additional fee. (Manaltheeram is internationally recognized for their Panchakarma treatments with people traveling from all over the world for treatments to cleanse their body & recharge their spirit)
*A $500 deposit will hold your spot, payment is due in full by February 1st. Because of the retreat reservations there will be no refunds issued after October 1st. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to this date, minus a $100 non-refundable application fee.
