Advanced Vinyasa & Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training
500 Hour

This training is meant for the serious Vinyasa teacher who wants to deepen their knowledge and strengthen their skills as a teacher.
This is a 300-hour add-on for those who already have a 200-hour training or have completed Tiffany's 200hr training. You will receive your certification upon completion of five modules and your therapeutic yoga case studies. Each module is a week long retreat (the India module is two weeks and counts as two modules) and you can complete any modules you choose, in any order, at any time so you can customize your training.
This training focuses on creating personalized therapeutic yoga presciptions as well as deepening your personal practice to deepen your teaching because the best teachers speak from a strong connection to their personal practice. Each module will have an intensive personal practice component as well as yoga therapeutics, anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, holistic health, advanced postures, meditation and case studies.
Each module will be different so you can complete any 5 modules to get the certification or continue on after you have completed the training for continuing education. Because this is an advanced training it is meant to be done over the course of a couple years so that you can incorporate and use the information as you go, that way you can get the most out of the training.

Pre-requisites: Completion of a 200hr teacher training (does not have to be from Tiffany) or a current teacher with prior approval.
Application process: Our training is selective so that we can work closely with each of our teacher trainers to guarantee a higher level of proficiency. We carefully select our students & teachers so that they are prepared for the curriculum. Please download and email to info@tiffanyyoga.com or hand in your application at Yoga Pearl (attn: Tiffany). Each application is reviewed and accepted on an individual basis.
**Once your application is approved, a $500 deposit will hold your space. Payments are refundable minus a $100 application fee up until 30 days prior to the retreat. Payment for each module is due in full 30 days prior to the start date for that module at which time all payment is non-refundable.

This will be a 2 week immersion into Indian culture & advanced teaching with topics including: Advanced anatomy, advanced asanas & adjusting, therapeutics, pre & postnatal therapeutics & physiology, common injuries & therapeutics, advanced pranayama & meditation, holistic health, thematic sequencing, seeing & understanding bodies, Ayurveda, creative & therapeutic sequencing and Indian culture & temples.

Price includes Food, lodging, teacher training classes, manual, transfers to the retreat from Trivandrum International Airport, three-four hours of daily yoga, Ayurvedic lectures and cooking classes, an Ayurvedic consultation, one Ayurvedic massage per week, traditional Indian music and dance performances in the evenings and 1 day trip per week.
