200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training

Fall 2013

This 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved teacher training can be done from anywhere in the world as long as you can arrive for the initial week-long retreat just outside of Portland and then again for a week-long retreat in Hawaii to conclude the training. This well-rounded program emphasizes anatomy, alignment and adjustments, including a detox and an introduction to holistic health.

The first retreat is an intensive immersion into the foundations- anatomy, alignment, adjusting with classes all day long and a detox done over the course of the week as a way to begin the transformation.  Tiffany will share the foundations essential for teaching yoga and you will have time to ask questions.  Over the 4 months between the retreats, students will complete weekly homework assignments ranging from about 2-4hrs a week and online course work that can be completed anywhere, this phase includes the philosophy component and review to allow the previous information to be retained.  The final retreat in Hawaii will be about bringing it all together to review and practice teaching to hone your skills as a teacher.

Encouraging a creative focus to unlock your individual potential, Tiffany's Vinyasa Teacher Training teaches a strong and dynamic flow both mentally and physically with plenty of preparation to teach a variety of levels. We will also explore philosophy, pranayama, meditation and much more.

This training is appropriate for serious students who would like to start teaching yoga as well as though who seek to deepen their own personal practice. You will come away with a strong foundation in the technical, inspirational & business side of teaching yoga.
